Shipping policy
1. Order Fulfillment Time
We process all orders within 24 business hours from the moment the payment is credited. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed and paid for on a business day by 12:00 PM (noon) are typically dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) on a business day or on weekends/holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
a) Delivery within Poland
We offer free delivery throughout Poland. Shipments are handled by leading courier companies.
Available delivery methods:
- InPost Parcel Lockers: Delivery to a selected parcel locker.
- InPost Courier: Delivery directly to the specified address.
- DPD Courier: Delivery directly to the specified address.
- DHL Courier: Delivery directly to the specified address.
The preferred delivery method is selected during the checkout process.
b) International Delivery
We ship to selected European Union countries.
- Supported countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain.
- Shipping cost: A flat rate of €9 EUR (or its equivalent in PLN shown in the order summary).
- Carrier: International shipments are carried out by trusted courier companies.
3. Estimated Delivery Time (from dispatch)
- Poland: The estimated delivery time by the carrier is 1-2 business days.
- International shipping: The estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 business days, depending on the destination country.
This is an estimated time and may be extended for reasons attributable to the carrier.
4. Shipment Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number, which allows you to track the delivery status online on the respective carrier's website.
