Refund policy

This policy applies to the return of goods purchased in the kozin.store online store, within the framework of the statutory right to withdraw from the agreement and our additional, voluntary returns policy.

1. Statutory Right to Withdraw from the Agreement (14 days)

  • Who is eligible? The right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason is available to Consumers and Entrepreneurs purchasing for purposes not directly related to their business activity (i.e., entrepreneurs with consumer rights).
  • Deadline: You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
  • How to inform us? To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, SCULPTOM Tomasz Kozioł, Wola Mędrzechowska 57, 33-221 Mędrzechów, Poland, e-mail: info@kozin.store, of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).
  • Form template: You may use the model withdrawal form, which is Appendix No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act (available, for example, on the UOKiK website), but it is not obligatory.
  • Meeting the deadline: To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. KOZIN Store's Voluntary Right of Return (up to 30 days)

  • Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you an additional opportunity to return purchased products within up to 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.
  • To exercise this voluntary right of return (in the period between the 15th and 30th day after receiving the goods), the returned goods must meet the following conditions:
    • It must not show any signs of use.
    • It must be complete and in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags/labels attached.
  • Sale items may be excluded from the voluntary right of return (between the 15th and 30th day) – information about this will be visible on the product page. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also covers sale items.
  • The procedure for notifying us and sending back the goods is the same as for the statutory withdrawal (see points 1 and 3).

3. Effects of Withdrawal / Return

  • Returning the goods: In the event of withdrawal from the agreement (both statutory and voluntary), please send back or hand over the item to us at the address: SCULPTOM Tomasz Kozioł, Wola Mędrzechowska 57, 33-221 Mędrzechów, Poland, immediately, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
  • Cost of return: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Liability for diminished value (applies to the statutory 14-day withdrawal): You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., for mechanical damage, scratches, signs of use beyond simple trying on). We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount for the diminished value of the returned goods.
  • Refund of payment: If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this agreement.
  • Withholding the refund: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
  • Method of refund: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to contracts where the subject of the service is a personalized product or a product made to special order.
  • Purchased Gift Cards are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, please use the return procedure (withdrawal from the agreement) for the received product and then place a new, separate order for the desired model.

6. Shipping Damage / Non-Conformity of Goods

If the received goods are damaged in transit or you find that they do not conform with the agreement (are defective), please contact us immediately by e-mail at: info@kozin.store. Matters concerning complaints for non-conformity of goods with the agreement (statutory warranty) are described in detail in the Store's Terms of Service.
